Guest Services (Carleton)

The team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service. We also help people identify their next steps and answering questions about events. In addition, the team welcomes everyone at the front door, hands out welcome cards to guests and
creates a positive guest experience from the parking lot, hallway, auditorium and beyond.

Member Profile: Fun and happy personality, loves people, customer service experience is a plus.
